l Achieve insurance business targets assigned by management via exploring target customer groups and providing insurance products/ banking services and promotions.

l Explore new business opportunity and initiate all kinds of marketing activities.

l Process insurance application and ensure timely follow up with the related parties.

l Answer customer enquiries regarding our insurance products and services in a timely and appropriate manner and cross-sell other bank products and services.

l Adhere to training discipline, register and take internal test in TDD and complete all compulsory coursed on time

l Comply with sales discipline, including attend work / meeting on time, handing in report in time, etc. and collaborate with colleagues on teamwork
