职位描述：
岗位职责：

Responsible for delivering training. They are to ensure the fulfilment of the company’s objectives and respect of the company’s strategy.
- Establish and improve the wine and spirits training system, and to develop training courses
- Update and summarize the wine & spirits culture and knowledge in a timely manner and reorganize training courseware
- Base on the different training style to make the standard the training format
- Organize and conduct training activities externally & internally;
- Establish and maintain the training database( Especially the FAQ database), routine training materials preparation and Q&A;
- Participate in activities of the tasting, public events and promotion for wine & spirits training
- Guide sales staff and distributors for the wine & spirits promotion and sales;
- Wine Dinner Supporting: to host wine dinner( brand knowledge presenting, wine tasting skills sharing, diet arrangement and other supports);
- Help to develop merchandising, display and visibility at retail outlets;
- Coordinate with market visit: accompany the French guest with market visit;
- Other supporting work to the senior trade marketing manager.

任职要求：
Education:
- College degree or above

Work Experience:
- Solid experience in sales or training in wines and spirits industry;

Skills:
- Familiar with the wine industry, proficient in wine knowledge
- Proactive and have great passion on training
- Fluent English speaking and writing abilities
- Need to travel
- Analytical ability and good business sense
- Good communication skills
- Action orientated
- Organized and rigorous person
- Focused on the objectives and their achievement
- Autonomy
