职位描述：
- Assist RMs to achieve business targets for profitability and growth, including loan growth and deposits taking and cross selling of other banking products
- Assist Regional Head to manage and monitor progress of various business and internal administrative task
- Assist Regional Head to make plan of business development and help RMs to expand customer base and effectively cross-sell our full product suite
- Assist the team in daily administrative task
- Ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank

Incumbent Requirements:
- Experience in credit system and bills operations
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software 举报 分享
