职位描述：
We are planning to start a slow growth of our presence and production of ladies underwear in the region within the next few months and will be giving the right candidate a careful training in our business ways and product knowledge. With the aim of a slow growth, the right candidate therefore needs to be willing to handle all tasks by themselves in the initial phase, but must also have the potential to grow with the responsibility and the number of orders.
Initially the candidate must be willing to work from home and therefore needs a home with a strong and stable internet connection. In time the person will also be responsible for renting and setting up an office in Gurau.
Our base is in Denmark and the Danish culture is a big part of the companys foundation. It is therefore very important that applying candidates can identify themselves with our core values such as honesty and integrity and combining these with being a good business person.
The tasks will be:
- Helping the visiting Danish production staff and managers to source direct factories
- Helping the Danish production staff to follow the running orders and in a few situations help to communicate directly with customers as well
- Perform strickt Q/C of the running orders and shortly after the first orders help to employ and lead the first Q/C person. Staying in the factories inside the production area will be a big part of the job – also in the future
We expect that you:
- speak and write good english
- are willing to work hard and long hours and are willing to go the extra mile to make the project a success
- are willing to learn from our knowledge about production of socks and underwear.
- Understand that your bosses and colleagues are new to this region and therefore need to learn from you.
- If you have experience from the ladies underwear industry it is a big advantage, but it is not a requirement.

Trademark Textiles A/S is specialized in the design, development and production of socks, underwear, basic t-shirts and a few other product categories, which we are all supplying as private label to fashion customers across Europe. We are 50 dedicated employees in Denmark of several different nationalities and 20 Chinese employees in our own offices at three different locations in China. We also have three own invested factories for socks and underwear in China.
