If you are our Sales Planning in Shanghai, you will have a chance to
? Conducts and summarizes the ROE of account management between Enterprise and commercial channel
? Engages with the APL NAL owner and GTM managers to complete the account nomination at every half cycle
? Executes the new account addition with account background checking and business performance impact checking.
? Executes the monthly NAL update, refreshes account ID in NAL to support the performance report generation and sales compensation needs.
? Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the account nomination or setup process, and escalates issues as necessary.
? Decision-making limited to immediate function with minimal business risk.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
? Education and Experience Required
? Typically 2-4 years’ experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
? First level university degree
Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Developing project management skills.
