职位描述：
Detailed Responsibilities:

? Leading the whole order fulfillment process of the automated DC serving the retail store network and EC customers across North China, managing and optimizing the DC operation mode to deliver best in class service at lowest cost
? Ensure DC daily running and operational escalation. Balancing and integrating order fulfillment needs of both retail stores and EC customers.
? Lead the team to manage warehouse functions of receiving, inventory control, material issue, packing and goods dispatch, transportation management to ensure delivery performance and cost efficiency
? Daily monitor and supervise all steps in the logistics process and think about improvement ways
? Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities ,ensure everyone knows their roles, tasks and expectations
? Lead warehouse team, train staff and monitor warehouse performance to meet business target
? Creates and executes work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
? Manages day-to-day operation, make sure that all staff are comfortable and has a good working environment in order to improve the retention of staff
? Prepare organization and new logistics setup to implement best practice in China
? Supply chain optimization, network analysis and optimization
? Selection and implementation of software and hardware

Requirements & Experiences:

? Bachelor degree above, major in Logistics, Economics or equivalent is preferred
? Well experiences in project management
? At least 10 years experience in managing production line or advanced logistic setup
? Experienced in supply chain optimization
? Logic sense of product flow
? Straight forward and direct to the point
? Proven ability in similar projects nationally. Internationally will be additional value
? Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor
? Familiar with different logistic system and best practice.
? Ability to lead teams and manage daily meetings
? Analyzing and ability to quickly define the next milestone in the process
? Energetic and motivating
