职位描述：

岗位要求：

1、 会计、财务管理及相关专业全日制本科以上学历；

2、 拥有中级会计师以上职称，注册会计师、注册税务师等优先考虑；

3、 有8年以上财务相关工作经验，5年以上的财务管理经验；

4、 具有全面的财务专业知识、财务处理及财务管理经验；

5、 熟悉国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；

6、 熟练使用各种办公软件

岗位职责：

1、 贯彻执行国家有关财经法律、法规、规章、制度，负责财务部全面工作；

2、 负责建立健全各项财务规章制度并组织加强公司日常的财务管理活动；

3、 审核付款单据、财务凭证及报表，做好财务分析工作；

4、 审核或参与重大合同协议及其他重要经济文件的拟订；

5、 组织研究税收筹划工作，规避税收风险；

6、 协调税务、工商、银行、审计机构等外部关系

7、 组织落实会计档案的归档、保管和查阅等管理工作

8、 出席公司的有关工作会议、落实会议精神

9、 完成上级交办的其工作
