HRBP Responsibility:
1.Working closely with Business Units and provide business supporting and suggestions on employee development and Caring ,working methodology & compliance, performance evaluation, offer proposal & compensation renew
2.In-depth approach BS business and familiar with business scenarios: Assist with high management to make diagnosis & optimization of organization, work flow, staff configuration, resources allocation
3.Make marketing analysis with BU, assist BU to do relevant adjustments ,according to business development requirements
4.Keep researching best practice of cooperation methodology between HR and BUs, and support line manager to implements company policy and relevant projects
Recruiting Responsibility:
1.Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs (Cycle time/ Recruitment Cost/ Offer Acceptance/ ERP/ % of probation passing etc ) and in accordance with company policies and standards;
2.Interview (incl. coordination of interview arrangements) with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision;
3.Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status;
4.Actively provide consultation for hiring managers about the recruitment strategy if necessary;
5.Support Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies by providing market intelligence in certain industry (e.g. competitors' ramp up plan, employer branding, recruiting and C&B bench mark, retention plan, etc.);
6.Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.);
7.Consistent utilization of E-recruiting in whole recruiting lifecycle.;
8.Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts;
9.Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability;
10.Buildup business knowledge, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends;
11.Actively support HR recruiting programs and projects;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor above degree and HR related major.At least 5 years working MNC experience or HR Agency experience;
2.Familiar with all kind of recruiting channel , good interview and communication skill; Familiar with BP methodology;
3.Team work;
4.Good command of both oral and written English;
