Responsibilities:
1.Failure Analysis for PCBA;
a.Failure analyze for the PCBA returned from jobsite and give the summary report regularly;
b.Judgment for cost charge and root cause analysis for improvement;
c.Drive for PCB EFR reduction by cooperating with technical team
2.Modify effective & efficient control system for responsible area.
a.Review the effectiveness and efficiency of PCB board control plan regularly.
b.Edit especial major project and complete test control plan document
c.Perfect PCB test function and push related supplier to improve
d.Edit monthly PCB Quality report and report to superior
3.Others works assigned by superior.

Requirements:
--Bachelor Degree or above in electronic or electrical engineering;
--Good command of English (spoken and written); sound PC skills;
--Strong Sense of responsibility;
--To be a quick learner in work, systematic and self-proactive approach to work;
--Ability to work independently and as a part of the team;
--2~3 years' relevant work experience in electronics field;
--Have a good understanding of electronics product design, PCBA process and failure analysis, knowing software development is an advantage.
--Be familiar with using tester, instrument and testing tools, e.g. ICT, FCT, oscilloscope, electronic microscope.
--Be familiar with codes in electronic testing and inspecting.
