职位描述：

1. FinancialManagement

• IPO Cost Management
• Improve IT investment process, drive process standardization.
• Involve in IT investment review and approval process
• Business review supports

2. DemandManagement

• Stream line the demand process to meet business and IPO strategy

3. ResourceManagement

• Ensure the productivity of IPO internal & external resource
• Capacity management
• Stream line the resource management process and tools

4. Project,program management & Risk Management

• Monitoring and control on ongoing projects and program, avoid variance to IT strategy
• Stream line the process and tools for risk identification
• Project management methodology standardization

• Improve overall organization project management level
• ood understanding on demand management, resource management, Financial management, Change control and risk management

Ideal:

• • Familiar with project management methodology
  • G
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with comfort in drawing sound, analytically-based conclusions, even when faced with imperfect information and uncertainly
  • Financial/controlling/audit experience, preferable have working experience in big 4 audit firm.
  • Process oriented thinking and must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Background in project estimating tools/techniques, Agile project management and project management using multiple methodologies.
  • Exceptional integrity, collaboration and management courage
  • Excellent organizational, people and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively deliver in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering comprehensive business or IT strategies to clients within a globally diversified company.
  • Creative partner to IT and business leaders with a customer driven pragmatic action-oriented style.
  • Ability to see problems as opportunities and to manage well under pressure; deals with reduces ambiguity, with a bias toward simplicity and action.
  • Experience managing large, interdependent integration efforts, requiring proactive leadership and risk management.
  • At least 3 years managing large scale full cycle projects, preferable with different type of project implementations
