职位描述：
工作内容：
1.制度建立：确保工厂设施设备最有效地运作，使维修团队的工作符合国家法规及公司总部要求，组织、审核下属制订的维修项目、改造项目、EHS等相关的管理制度和操作程序。
System Establishment：Ensure the plant facilities and equipment to operate most effectively, Ensure the maintenance team work meets the requirements of the national regulations and corporate headquarters, Organization, review maintenance, shaping projects, EHS projects, and renovation project about other management system and SOP create by role.

2.设施/设备维修管理及检验工作：保证生产计划的完成，利用有限的设备设施资源，监控设施设备的维修保养状况，保证设施和设备的可靠性和有效性。监控特种设备的检验工作。
Facility/equipment maintenance and inspection：Ensure to fulfill the production plan, use of existing equipment and facilities resources, monitoring facilities and equipment maintenance conditions, and ensure facilities and equipment running reliability and validity.

3.工程项目管理/固定资产管理：保证工厂的改、扩建项目及固定资产实施符合国家及公司的规范和规定，并按计划完成，提供技术支持及项目最后验收。
Construction project/ plant assets management：Responsible for the reconstruction, expansion project and plant assets investment of site, ensure consistent with the norms and regulations of the countries and companies, and completed it as planned, provide technical support and project acceptance.

4.费用控制：实现部门的年度目标，根据历年数据和当年的目标，编制本团队年度预算计划，进行实际和预算的分析，发现问题并提出控制措施。同时控制本专业内固定资产及项目投资费用。在预算内带领工程部全体成员进行CIP/费用节约的项目。
Expense control：According to historical data and goal of the year, preparation of the annual budget plan of the team, analysis actual cost and budget, identify problems and suggest control measures, So as to achieve the annual target of the department. Simultaneous control of the investment cost of plant assets in the professional range. Leads all staffs of the Engineering Department precede CIP/cost saving projects within budget.

5.内审监督：保证团队的运作符合部门和公司的相关规定，组织相关的各类内审、检查评估，审定审计、检查报告及整改计划。按时完成公司的各类审计整改
Internal oversight and supervision：Ensure the team operating compliance with the relevant provisions of the department and company，organize internal audit, inspection and evaluation, examining the audit, inspection reports and corrective action plans. Completion of the company's various audit rectification on time.

6.人员管理：提高维修团队的工作效率、指导、监督、评估其他工程师的业务能力和工作表现，提出他们发展计划和改进计划。保持本部门良好的工作氛围。根据业务需要，提出相关培训计划。
Staffing management：Improve the efficiency of maintenance team, guiding, supervising and assessing other engineer's operational capacity and performance，suggest development and improvement plan for their. Keep a good working atmosphere in the department. Make the relevant training plans by business require.

7.遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作。
Obey the law related to EHS, and keep good performance on EHS.

8.确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求。
Make sure the actions obey the rule and law.

任职要求：
1.自动控制及相关大学本科，3年以上工程项目及维修管理经验，其中1年以上设备管理经验
Bachelor’s degree, Automation and other relevance background, At least 3 years engineering project and maintains project related work experience, including 1 year equipment’s management experience.

2.熟悉药厂GMP要求及国家的相关法律法规知识，熟悉设备管理和项目管理的操作规范和运作程序
Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP requirements, national relevant laws and regulations. Familiar with the equipment management, project management practices and operational procedures.

3.技分析判断能力及很强的工作协调能力，懂工程预算，电气标准。英文四级以上，较强的中、英文、表达能力。
