职位描述：
任职要求：
1、有3年品质管理经验，并有从事手机生产品质管理的工作；
2、熟悉手机组包装整个制造过程及品质管控过程，有较强专业基础；
3、熟悉品质体系，有参与体系审核经验，并获得相关内审资格证；
4、能熟练运用品质分析工具，推动协同部门解决问题；
5、与对应客户品质部门具有良好的人际关系；
6、具有很强的执行力。
岗位职责：
1、对质量标准进行确认，制订品质计划的具体实施方案，并跟进方案落实效果；
2、收集、统计、分析各阶段品质不良数据，对未达公司制订之目标事项，提出改善对策，并推动责任部门改善，以达成目标；
3、重大制程品质异常的及时处理，并召集相关部门进行原因分析，对策的落实及监督措施的实施；
4、组织有关部门定期对生产现场工艺纪律执行情况进行检查，并提出质量改进建议；
5、物料和主板来料异常，跟进供应商分析改善报告；
6、负责处理外部质量异常,受理顾客投诉、RMA的原因调查分析，拟定改善措施并监督措施的执行效果并形成报告；
7、负责新产品导入，异常跟进，效果确认。 举报 分享
