职位描述：
任职要求：
1、电子、机械类专业毕业，大专以上学历，至少3年电子行业品质管理岗位工作经验，具有丰富的的方法与实操经验；
2、具备丰富的生产品控、质量标准及控制、人员管理等经验；
3、能独立承担功能检验、IPQC、FQA、OOB 的相关培训工作；
4、具备较强的沟通能力、协调能力，以及全局性，能适应加班及较大压力下工作，良好的团队协作精神；
5、有手机生产质量管理经验优先。
岗位职责：
1、负责主持手机生产全流程的品质控制，制定和执行公司产品的质量检测和生产品质控制；
2、负责指导各部门建立质量管理规程（流程、职责、操作规程等），并监督执行；
3、有效协调公司各部门与品质相关的资源统一，定期主持生产总结及质量数据会议，同时能够利用自身资源优势解决部分外部环节问题。 举报 分享
