职位描述：

任职要求：

1、IE/机械等相关专业，学士或以上学历；

2、5年以上电子厂IE方面的工作经验，3年以上IE经理工作经验；

3、熟悉工厂生产、运营相关流程；

4、熟悉精益生产技术，人因工程，成本管理，物流等；


5、熟悉注塑、喷涂、组立、模具加工等工艺流程。

岗位职责：


1、负责工厂IE管理，包括生产运营数据分析、产能分析与优化、工程规划、技术支持、生产运营持续改善（CIP）过程体系文件编制及维护、生产规划等；

2、负责提案改善推进，精益生产（MPS）推进（含VPS），制程的改善，区域生产性效率提升统筹；

3、工厂设施布局的规划与改善，Layout图纸的绘制与更新；

4、生产相关指标（产能、人力）制定，推动并确保生产部门达到生产指标。
