职位描述：

• Establish Tower control management, leading transportation transformation projects thru GSC China. Including OTM new function deployment, working with NPP on dual sourcing project, digitization on POD, internal data visibility, Freight audit & pay, etc.
• Overall China transportation visibility by a reporting system
• Shipment aggregation & route design
• Drive cost down based on optimization project.
• To coordinate Group and CHINA Logistics for the continuous improvement ( Cost , Service);
• Lead new forwarder switch

• Daily shipments management - implement the central management methodology for Shipment dispatch, carrier assignment.
• Responsible for metrics and cost control of freight for both domestic and international for road, air, ocean and express.
• Work with Purchasing team on better rates structure and vendor evaluation process
• Transportation vendor management on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for both international and domestics
• Work with warehouse operation team to optimize the operation from transportation aspect
• Transportation rates audit

• Data collection and creation of supply chain cost baselines for the calculation of savings
• On-going change management activity in relation to post implementation management of launched cost savings initiatives
• Lead and Conduct Internal Audit for Transportation supplier( Forwarders)
• Prepare/implement transportation contingency plan

• Identify tools for Carrier shipment aggregation & route design, such as decision tools - Carrier choosing Model, Load building Model
• To manage suppliers( forwarders) performance for continuous improvement，Improve transportation service level by launch a central/standard reporting system and KPI monitoring system
• Design and set up performance report monitoring quality and cost for transportation;
• Work with purchasing for supplier qualification and selection ( RFI,RFP, RFQ)
• Standardize transportation process and implementation of BEST PRACTICE
• Lead transportation project for cost down/service improvement oriented
• Train/Deliver insurance policy across China related team, and coordinate with Insurance Agent/Insurance Corp for the claim issue and strategic plan

Job Requirement:

1. Master Degree is preferred, in Transportation/Logistics/Business management

2. Understand current China Logistics market and logistics best practice for typical industry and strong in engineering/analysis; with experience in Lean Logistics provider service

3. Fluent Mandarin; English;Master MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, Power point), Visio SAP skills is preferred

4. Good presentation and communication skills

Good change management skills;

Good project management skills

Good interpersonal skill

Good problem solving skill

Good knowledge on international freight forwarding and domestics transportation

Familiar with TMS (Transportation management system) and Event management thru track&

Trace visibility
