Key word:

Cabinet Mechanical design

• Address alternative solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives: Marketing, industrial, quality and cost.
• Apply suitable tools/method(tolerance analysis, strength/thermal simulation) to guarantee and optimize product quality
• Establish and manage detailed product definition file (3D/2D, technical specification)
• Cooperate with Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality team and supplier on tooling launch, part qualification
• Define verification and validation test plans, define and implement technical corrective actions
• Assist production unit on continuing improvement process

Requirement

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Senior in Enclosure design, metal sheet design and cable routing are mandatory skill
• Knowledge on Electrical is a highly plus
• Knowledge in product design using Pro/E Familiar with Pro/E modelling, assembly and 2D drawing
• Knowledge in international standard (IEC, UL) preferred
• Thermal, vibration expertise highly expected as a plus
• Experience in product testing and evaluation methods
• Product development experience in electrical industry preferred
• Creative and proactive self-starter with a pronounced ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good at logic thinking, communication
• Three to Five years of related experience in the relevant field
• Good English (Oral, read, write)
