This position is for Novo Nordisk R&D Center (NNST)

Novo Nordisk China R&D center is one of the biggest R&D centers set up by multinational pharmaceuticals companies in China. It is an integrated part of Novo Nordisk's R&D organization, focusing on the innovative research to develop novel drugs for the treatment of diabetes, hemophilia, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Currently, the R&D center has 140 employees including >40 PhDs, and will expand to 200 people in next 2-3 years.

The main responsibilities of this Facility Engineer include but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate a facility maintenance team, to ensure the whole NNST building facility normally running.
• Cover the whole R&D building MEP system, including:
 Power supply, electric & water utility,
 Air-condition, air-handling,
 plumbing & drainage,
 Fire fighting and related equipment,
• Work as main contact points to coordinate all maintenance vendors' work.
• Working with EHS specialist to assure all facilities and equipments in according with firm policy and government regulation.
• Main role responding to any emergency case related to facility and infrastructure.

Qualifications (minimum requirements):

• College degree or above, major in electrics or mechanics or engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience on facilities management, property and maintenance in office or manufacturing plant.
• Prefer to be with work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Good communication skills and emergency handling ability.
• Moderate level of spoken and written English is preferred.
