Key areas of responsibility:
-Responsible for Region China regular costs controlling
-Coordinate Region China cost planning during AB/RE2/LE
-Assist Region China Finance AVP/ Associate Finance Director/ Financial Analysis Manager to provide decision making support

-Responsible for finance system setup
-Provide support to HQ and Region China BAs regarding costs related projects

Main job tasks:
Responsible for Region China regular costs controlling:
-Region China regular costs reports preparation within the preset timeline and no material mistake
-Be innovative in providing new reports that might help with better management of costs, as relevant
-Department cost review to assure the cost under control
•Regular review with business departments regarding costs development, identify causes of deviation vs AB/RE2/LE and prior years, propose and implement actions as agreed with Region China Finance AVP/ Associate Finance Director/ Financial Analysis Manager
•Monitor costs trend of Novo Nordisk China major activities, especially of activities of above 5 million CNY
Ad hoc cost analysis and controlling of Region China costs, support to improve resource allocation optimization

Coordinate Region China costs planning during AB/RE2/LE:
Region China budget coordinator
•Set Region China budget timetable, meeting Corporate timeline as well as Region China internal process
•Assist Region China Finance AVP/ Associate Finance Director/ Financial Analysis Manager to set financial target for Hong Kong and Taiwan
•Coordinate Region China planning, support Hong Kong and Taiwan as necessary

Assist Region China Finance VP/ Finance Director/ Financial Analysis Manager to provide decision making support:
•Independently assist Region China Finance AVP/ Associate Finance Director/ Financial Analysis Manager to provide timely and innovative support to business departments regarding costs development and controlling
•Provide presentation and supporting that might help with better management of the operations and risk control, as relevant, e.g. HCMan PPT

Business Partnering:
•Work with department finance partner to monitor costs development as well as provide necessary support to optimize resources allocation
•Revert to customer’s request within 24 hours

Responsible for finance system setup: With a good knowledge of IT strategy, system framework and business information requirement, take a lead in company level information strategy buildup and implementation.
SPAS :
•Lead the system design, implementation and upgrade
•Recommend/challenge data’s definition. Ensure data in the system to align with the agreed criteria and keep consistency and accuracy, rectify issues if any
•Ad hoc support to business department regarding data input, template design, training, etc
Other finance systems setup and design, i.e. budget system.

Provide support to HQ and Region China BAs regarding costs related projects:
•Work with and provide support to Novo Nordisk Hong Kong, Taiwan as necessary
•Work with HQ and other affiliate regarding costs related issues, e.g. S&D transparency, benchmark data collection, etc
Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
-ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA is preferred
-BW superuser
-Profound knowledge in database mechnism

Education:
-Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
-Fluency in both written & spoken English
-Candidate from top ranking secondary school & university is preferred
Professional experience:
-At least 3-5 years post-graduation working experience
