Key areas of responsibility:
-To broaden contact with government authorities, and build trusty relationship between NN and Chinese government by initiating and successfully operating government cooperation projects
-To closely follow up on policy development especially on health reform, EDL, bidding, Rural Reimbursement, Community Clinics development, and provide in-depth analysis of the above policy trend to NN management in order to ensure NN business develop well along with policy environment

Main job tasks:
-Identify government cooperation opportunity and business benefit, and initiate and operate the cooperation projects to achieve the project goal.

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder of the cooperation projects to ensure the smooth operation and NN interest.

-Coordinate with HQ on the international government cooperation projects

-To broaden and strengthen contact with MOH, SFDA and other State authorities , and closely follow up health care policy trend and provide timely and in-depth analysis and suggestions to NN management, GAD management, GAD team and other stakeholders:
Follow up on the overall healthcare reform progress and it’s impact to NN business environment
Follow up on the opportunity and challenge of EDL policy and listing, and conduct listing lobby and policy influence in line with NN business needs.
Follow up on CHC development and drug accessibility trend, and provide analysis report to support NN management for better resource allocation.
Follow up on Rural Reimbursement policy development, and provide timely analysis report to support NN management indentifying the opportunity and challenges of rural market
Follow up on state level bidding policy and provide policy support to local bidding cases


-Initiate and organize academic activities to support both State level and local government relationship building.

-Coordinate with HQ on its policy investigation projects and other PA activates

-Provide GA team with policy training, professional documentation writing instruction, local policy analysis and other support needed.

-Provide policy support to other internal department based on needs

-Enhance NN influence by proactive policy lobby individually and collectively with associations, and closely cooperate with associations and ensure NN benefits are well communicated to authorities via associations

Qualifications (minimum requirements):
-Bachelor degree or above, medical related major preferred
-At least 3 years experience on healthcare policy analysis or 5 years GA experience in MNC pharmaceuticals
-In-depth understanding in government operation system and industry related regulation and rules.
-Good ability on project execution and organization
-Strong communication skill.
-Excellent English, both oral and written

Education:
-Bachelor degree or above, medical related major preferred
-Professional experience:
-At least 3 years experience on healthcare policy analysis or 5 years GA experience in MNC pharmaceuticals
