Introduction
Novo Nordisk China R&D center is one of the biggest R&D centers set up by multinational pharmaceuticals companies in China. It is an integrated part of Novo Nordisk's R&D organization, focusing on the innovative research to develop novel drugs for the treatment of diabetes, hemophilia, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Currently, the R&D center has 130 employees including 40 PhDs, and will expand to 200 people in next 3-4 years. To ensure the smooth expansion and daily operation, we are seeking experienced and energetic candidates to fill in the open position described below.

We are looking for an IT Specialist for Research Operation team.

Do you enjoy working with leading pharmaceutical R&D IT users and understand what it takes to make them more efficient and effective and to achieve the highest levels of user satisfaction? Does understanding a broad range of IT technologies and IT products and being an expert at describing their value interest you? Interested?

We need an IT specialist that:

Possess deep technical expertise in support end users and can solve complex technical problems in enterprise level IT infrastructure through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.

Qualifications
• 3 - 5 years proven hands-on experiences.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Competency in Analytical Problem Solving and Cross-Boundary Collaboration
• Experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Platform & Networking Technology.
• Have knowledge on ITIL and operations.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Enjoy team work.
• Software development skill with SDLC knowledge is a plus.
