Key areas of responsibility:
-HQ reports, including MMR, IRR report, P&L per Therapy / Brand reports, etc.
-HQ/Region China controlling, including HK and Taiwan
-HQ projects coordinator
-Ad hoc Region China projects

Main job tasks:
Prepare HQ reports, including MMR, IRR report, P&L per Therapy / Brand reports, etc.
-Provide high quality reporting to HQ and submit before the deadline
-Revert any feedback or query from HQ regarding the reporting timely (normally with 8 hours)
-Optimize the reporting process to save working time

HQ/Region China Controlling, including HK and Taiwan
-Work as main contactor for Region China Business Area, i.e. HK and Taiwan
-Regular review with HK and Taiwan, identify issue if any and propose actions thereafter
-Support HK and Taiwan in due time, revert to customers within 8 hours

HQ projects coordinator e.g. Finance Benchmark data collection etc.
-Work as Region China main coordinator for HQ projects, including cooperation with other departments or teams
-Ensure delivery and input timely and with good quality
-Provide valuable feedback or comments to HQ or other departments or teams if any

Ad hoc Region China projects
-Support Region China Finance VP, Finance Director and Finance Manager to implement Region China projects, with timely delivery and good quality

Qualifications:
-Relevant professional experience
-Responsible and passionate
-Good communication skills
-Strong drive for success

Education:
-Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
-Fluency in both written & spoken English
-Candidate from top ranking secondary school & university is preferred

Professional experience:
-At least 2-3 years post-graduation working experience
-ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA is preferred
