职位描述

Key areas of responsibility:

-Direct national market strategy in both emerging and community market

-Integrated resource from all internal stakeholders of emerging and community market to create a platform to reach sales target in both markets by maximizing the impacts of integrated resources.

-Build internal and external relationships


Main job tasks:

1)Direct national market strategy in both emerging and community market:
-Based on the intense communication between central marketing and all regions to develop national business plan and market strategy in emerging market
-Selecting the cities with high potential in community medical centers to drive national business plan and market strategy in community market of those selected cities
-Drive business review in both markets and lead a working group to find the solution to solve potential threats in issue markets

2)Integrated resource from all internal stakeholders of emerging and community market to create a platform to reach sales target in both markets by maximizing the impacts of integrated resources.
-Clarify NN total promotion package composition by understanding promotion model and projects of relevant internal stakeholders in emerging and community market
-Break down the cooperation barriers among all NN stakeholders to integrate all relevant resources creating a new integrated promotion model in both markets

3)Build internal and external relationships:
-Maintain and expand positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders in the fields of diabetes care such as authorities in central government and target regions, academic association and key decision makers in hospitals in order to enhance the corporate image and making NN the preferred partner.
-Lead a cross-functional teams to maximize NN potential in both emerging and community market.
-Contact person from MAX team regarding the coordination requests from other group in MKT or other department

4)Other individual assignments:
-Represent MAX teambefore China Diabetes Society, central and local governmental departments and private healthcare institutions.


Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)

-Applies Business and Marketing Understanding
-Sets Direction and Strong Strategic thinking
-Data analysis capacity
-Impacts and Influences
-Good network in authorities in central government and regions preferred

Education:
-Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
-Fluency in both written & spoken English.
-Professional experience:
-3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
-Min 3 years in sales or marketing functions.
