 协助研究员从事实验室蛋白质化学相关的工作,
 在研究员指导下完成目标蛋白分离纯化方案;蛋白纯化标准操作规程的建立
 蛋白纯化方法的探索及优化
 蛋白质鉴定方法的建立与实施
 蛋白质纯化与鉴定新技术的引进与实施
 撰写实验报告和工作报告

基本要求:
 大学本科或硕士研究生学历, 生物、药学、医学或其他医药相关专业
 蛋白质化学相关领域经验
 两年以上蛋白质分离纯化鉴定实验室经验, 有企业工作经验者优先
 熟悉至少一种蛋白质的分离纯化鉴定技术与设备, 如Akta, HPLC, UPLC, MALDI-TOF, 和 LC/MS.
 英语口语和写作能力
 可以同时从事多项任务
 敬业踏实，吃苦耐劳，具备良好的沟通能力和团队意识

Department of Diabetes Protein Engineering is part of Novo Nordisk China R&D centre as an integrated part of Novo Nordisk's R&D organization and located in Beijing. The department is responsible for protein engineering support to our diabetes and obesity research projects in the discovery phase. We are focusing on protein expression, purification and characterisation to ensure a strong technology platform. We are a highly motivated and productive team with high standards for our deliveries into the projects. We work with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment and value a high team spirit, good communication and dynamic collaboration. The department is expected to grow over the next years, which leads to excellent opportunities for individual development.

Challenges
We are looking for a research associate with experience in protein chemistry with a focus on protein purification and characterization. The main responsibility of this position is to assist a PhD-level scientist with laboratory work, documentation and other tasks related to protein chemistry. Thus, a lot of your time will be spent in the laboratory where your tasks will include the design, execution, and implementation of a portion of a scientific research project(s) in collaboration with the research team. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist with the implementation of new technologies. You will be part of a team in a highly dynamic and challenging environment within the Diabetes Research Unit.

Qualifications
 BS or MS in protein chemistry or related biological background.
 2+ years of laboratory research experience and demonstrated knowledge with hands on laboratory work in the field of protein purification and characterization.
 Exposure to one or more technical skills in protein purification and protein characterization using various equipments such as Akta, HPLC, UPLC, MALDI-TOF, and LC/MS.
 Good verbal and written English skills
 Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 You are proactive and able to take responsibility beyond own tasks.
 You are communicating and collaborating in a positive and motivating way, a good team-player, highly flexible and have a "can-do" approach.

Title and compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and based on benchmark in China.
