岗位职责：
确保对公司内实验动物提供高质量的养护工作。负责实验动物的日常养护，确保其达到公司对实验动物的要求。与公司内其他实验动物工作者密切合作。
工作内容包括喂料，观察，以及处理小鼠和大鼠，负责更换笼具和清洁工作场所。该岗位也会参与部分动物实验，比如和研究助理及研究员合作进行给药和取血样。此外，协助实验动物新技术的执行与使用，参与实验动物福利相关的工作。

岗位要求：
1. 实验动物学、兽医学、药学或相关生物学专科或本科学历
2. 至少半年以上实验动物（小鼠和大鼠）养护实操经验
3. 关注动物伦理和动物福利
4. 可接收偶尔的工作时间调整（周末）
5. 工作积极主动
6. 善于交流与合作，灵活，善于解决问题
7. 具备基本书面英语和口语能力

Department of Diabetes Pharmacology and Animal facility is part of Novo Nordisk China R&D centre as an integrated part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D organization and located in Beijing. The department is responsible for support of diabetes and obesity research projects in the discovery phase and for the daily management of our animal facility. The department consists of both in vivo pharmacologists and animal facility personnel creating a strong collaboration around our technical platform. We are a highly motivated and productive team with high standards for our deliveries into the projects. We also have a very high standard on animal ethics and are committed to ensure high quality and animal-welfare in our animal facility following the global Novo Nordisk standards. We work with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment and value a high team spirit, good communication and dynamic collaboration. Challenges
The main goal for the position is to ensure high quality care for our laboratory rodents in our state of the art animal facility. You will be responsible for taking care of the animals and ensure that the daily care lives up to our high standards for the care and use of experimental animals. You will have a close collaboration with other animal caretakers and our responsible veterinarian.
Your tasks will include feeding, observing and handling of mice and possibly rats. Furthermore, you will be changing cages and responsible for cleaning of the facility. You will also be involved in some experimental procedures such as dosing and blood sampling in collaboration with Research Associates and scientists. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist with the implementation of new technologies within care and use of experimental animals.
You will also be involved in the work on animal welfare in our laboratories.

Qualifications
• College diploma or BS in experimental animal science, veterinary medicine, medicine or related biological background.
• More than 0.5 year experience with demonstrated knowledge with handling and taking care of laboratory mice and rats.
• A high awareness of and interest in animal ethics and animal welfare.
• Flexible attitude towards changing working hours
• You are proactive and able to take responsibility beyond own tasks.
• You are communicating and collaborating in a positive and motivating way, are a good team-player, highly flexible and have a “can-do” approach.
• Some command of spoken and written English will be considered an advantage
