职位描述：

The Project Quality Leader supervisesthe complete scope of Quality within the Offer Creation Process (Marketing,Design, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Continuous Engineering / Sustaining etc.)for a new Offer to achieve Customer Satisfaction.

l Ensures that the Offer quality isbuilt-in to reach the satisfaction of the future customers.

l Guarantees the best application ofthe Project Management system of reference (OTM, PMP, PrMP, BLMP, COIN).

l Involved in Small or Large Projects,defined through OCP (Offer Creation Process) & ETO.

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure that the Offerquality is built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers

- Guarantee that the Voiceof Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust andranked customer requirements to the project team

- Ensure that all customerrequirements are well taken in account from Open to Close and provide all meansto get them protected in PEP & ETO

- Support, coach the teamon methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness, Customer satisfactionand Quality targets (Lean Six Sigma, DFSS, etc.)

- Make sure that riskidentification, assessment and mitigation plan are managed and updated in theproject (assist the Project Manager, or lead by delegation)

- Guarantee the bestapplication of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and functionprocesses (ex: SSQM)

- Establish the ProjectQuality Plan (inside the Project Management Plan), get its validation, and leadits execution

- Drive the quality workin the development projects, holding the team accountable for meeting thequality goals of the project, assure quality deliverables are completedincluding the Project Quality Control Plan.

- Make the synthesis onlessons learned on product development

- Define Offer QualityGoals

- Field qualityengineering: in charge of the field quality managment of the offers developedfor China marketing, include fail mode analysis, countermeasure definition,continue improvement.

- Brand labeling qualitymanagment

Qualifications

Personality:

- Results oriented

- Capacity to challengethe organization and the key leaders

- Excellent leadershipqualities, with an open and collaborative working style

- Ability to work in aninternational / multicultural context

- QS experence is a plus

Skills / Experience:

- Post graduate degree /Masters - 5 years,

- Experienced in applyingvarious quality methodologies like six sigma in Problem solving or Product development/ evolution.

- Min 5 years ofexperience in R&D, Quality, Business Process Excellence, ContinuousEngineering / Sustaining or Product Management (staffing or global operationalresponsibility)

- Six Sigma Black Belt isa plus, Green belt minimum
