职位描述：
任职要求：
1.三年以上ASSEMBLEON或SIEMENS设备工程使用维护经验具备独立跟两条线的能力；
2.能对在线的不良品进行分析改善，对常见的设备故障能快速处理；
3.必须熟悉西门子贴片机的使用和维护,会处理一般故障；
4.能独立进行机种切换.具备同时跟两条线的能力；
5.能适应两班倒。

岗位职责：
1. 每天上班对生产排程了解，对工作进行合理安排，对最近发生的异常重点检讨；
2. 每日对设备进行检查，及时确认设备的运行状况，如有异常立即进行有效改善，对不能解决的问题要立即上报；
3. 配合产线做好物料管控，及时了解生产品质及产能，生产良率跟踪以做相应改善；
4. 要定期对设备进行周期保养,保证设备的正常运行；
5. 重点跟踪品质与产量，如有新机种合理安排人员做好准备工作；
6. 及时了解生产排程,以便对产线及人员进行合理安排；
7. 及时了解各生产线产出状况,确保按时出货。 举报 分享
