工作目标
作为未来副店经理的储备人才，尽快熟悉和掌握店铺营运和管理技巧，协助店铺当班日常营运工作
通过4-6个月的专项培训并考核通过后，转证为店铺副经理并独立当班。带领店铺管
理团队实现销售和利润的最大化，提供指导、培训和规范以确保所辖店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行；保证所有公司制度得到持续的贯彻，同时降低店铺成本。
**岗位要求:
1、专科以上学历，15年应届毕业生，已工作的优先考虑；
2、工作细心负责，学习能力较强；
3、具备良好的沟通,领导和执行能力；
4、能承受一定的工作压力；
5、具有较强的顾客服务意识。
**薪资福利:
1、基本薪资+月销售奖金、五险一金；
2、每年8天年假，每工作一年增加1天；
3、每年有6天有薪病假；
4、年底13薪+年终奖金+年终调薪；
5、每半年一次晋升机会；
