Purpose of this position
?Implement marketing strategy; achieve the business anticipation of his/her own hospital.
?Realise full potential of NovoSeven business, collection marketing information and feedback in time.

Key areas of responsibilities and main job tasks
1)Ensure N7 business operation efficient and stable.
?Set down reasonable business plan and implement successfully according to his/her own hospital.
?Review timely and revise business plan to achieve business anticipation.
?Visit experts day-by-day on schedule, ensure the visiting time enough complying with company demand.
?Build and maintain good relationship with KOLs and doctors.
?Maintain suitable stock in hospital.
?Assist M.L Manager win the local tender in suitable price.
2)Develop the potential market, keep the increasing trend of business.
?Assist M.L Manager organize the local marketing activities.
?Implement the marketing strategy and feedback in time.
?Collect information of local reimbursement.
?Maintain good relationship with patient organization.
3)Transfer NN Way to HCPs and patients.
?Comprehend product and relevant knowledge, applying on routine work.
?Be positivity and responsibility.
?Comply to company financial and business ethics rules;
?Comply to off-lable use policy.
4)Reports and training.
?Set down the IDP and implement.
?Submit reports on time.
?Take part in training and meeting in activity.
