job description

Using the telephone or, increasingly, the web, you'll contact selected customers in a designated market or accounts area, selling them hp products services and supplies to meet set targets. You'll also generate leads for our outside sales team or other more specialized inside sales representatives.

Initially working under the guidance of a sales team leader, you'll become increasingly independent and pro-active as you move up the scale. Advanced people tend to develop specialist areas of knowledge and are appointed in line with the requirements of the business.

工作说明

使用电话或越来越多地使用网络,你应与指定市场或关键领域的特定客户进行联系,向他们销售达到预定目标的惠普产品、服务、供货。还要领导外派销售团队或更为专业的内部销售代表。
       
工作基本上受销售代表领导,随着发展你会越来越有独立性和前瞻性。高级人员倾向于朝专业化方向发展,然后按业务需要得到提升。
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's (graduate) degree in a IT or related business discipline
2. Ability to open conversations and close deals
3. Track record of target achievement
4. Demonstrable ability to work in fast changing environments
5. Knowledge in IT Tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools...)
6. Clear and good communication skills
7. Telephony skills
8. Proactive and team oriented
9. fluent English skills
