岗位职责：

1、协助总经理建立完善的生产管理及技术管理的体系，确保各类产品保质保量完成；

2、协助总经理建立完善的成本核算体系，确保各类产品按标准成本完成；

3、协助总经理简历对工厂奶耗、材料消耗、设备故障及其它生产定额考核的管理体系；

4、协助总经理做好各项经营服务并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况；

5、协助总经理调查研究、了解经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供总经理决策；

6、协助总经理建议完善的内部管理体系；

7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、大学本科以上学历，生产制造/食品工艺；

2、年龄45岁以下，男女不限；

3、熟悉快消品行业相关流程；

4、熟悉工厂质量控制体系；

5、熟悉使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；
