MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing administrative support to the EA Director and EA team in Guangzhou, Beijing and Yangzhou

2. Handling media inquiry based on corporate policies and monitor media coverage

3. Working with team on EA weekly/monthly update, monitoring MNC PR issues

4. Providing necessary support to EA Manager on local government relations

5. Providing assistance to team on handling key EA projects including executive visits and issue management



REQUIREMENTS:

1. University above degree

2. 3-5 year work experience ideally with MNLs

3. Good command of oral/written English

4. Good interpersonal and internal/external communication skills

5. Sensitive to external environment with good analytical and problem solving skills

6. Proficient in using Office IT tool
