Job Description:



Provide support for the sales and marketing management team, duties are included but not limited to:



Sales part:

Internal sales meeting arrangement

Tickets and hotel reservation for sales department

To provide Admin and HR support

Expenses claim for sales director

Sales & expenses data collecting and analysis, sales report collecting and follow up,sales report by PPT

Internal and external communications

Other tasks assigned by superiors



Marketing part:

Internal and external meetings arrangement

Tickets and hotel reservation for marketing department

Marketing projects tracking, data collecting and analysis

Marketing material preparation, publishing, management

Internal and external communications

Other tasks assigned by superiors




Requirement:



Bachelor degree or above, English major is preferred

At least 2 years assistant working experience in Foreign Pharmaceutical Company

Excellent communicating and work abilit

Can work under pressure, team work

Excellent English writing and speaking

Excellent computer skills especially in Excel and PPT
