Responsible for Monthly closing activities as below for MinHang Plant
？ Performs manufacturing cost settlement
？ Performs plant expenses closing
？ Performs inventory variance allocation for manufactured products
？ Provide monthly plant expense variances comments
Take finance partner role of Min Hang Plant, which is including
？ Responsible for Plant forecast and budget cycle
？ Provide BVA report to Plant manager
？ Provide financial comments for any query from Plant manager
？ Provide annual export price to Plant manager and Purchasing affiliates
Execute ongoing process improvement and KPI deliverable, which is including
？ Lead annual count process for both of plant warehouse
？ Track trade purchasing end to end process to ensure KPI properly delivered
？ Responsible for annual cost rolled out process, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data uploaded
？ Performs manufacturing cost settlement
