POSITION TITLE: Accountant
REPORT TO : Assistant Finance Manager
DEPARTMENT: Finance
LOCATION: Guang Zhou


Main Responsibility:

1. Trade payment management, including trade payment order creation, settlement, pricing maintenance, invoice tracking and voucher filling, solving TP issue if any, etc.
2. Support month end closing and provide analysis report periodically
3. Work with relevant functions to improve efficiency

工作职责：

1. 促销费用及其相关工作的管理，包括：促销费用订单的创建，支付，价格维护，促销费用发票的审核及相关文件存档，协助解决促销费用管理过程中出现的问题等。
2. 支持每月月末的关帐工作，并定期提供相关财务分析报告。
3. 与相关财务功能团队共同工作，提高公司财务运作效率。

Requirement or Qualification:

1. university graduate, with bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
2. 2+ years working experience in Finance
3. Good communication in English
4. Strong data analysis and excellent Excel capability, SAP knowledge is preferable
5. Self-motivated, detailed, analytical, efficient and able to work independently
