Key responsibilities 重要职责

• Provide efficient and high quality HR service and consultation to employee on daily

operation

• Supervise and ensure HR information system (BPM) well run, provide the support to HRIS

upgrade and replacement

• Responsible for regular review and optimization of HR operating process and standard

rules regarding to New hire, internal transfer and promotion, termination, contract management;

• Ensure HR procedure and documentation is in line with internal policy and process

Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验

Minimum knowledge required to fulfill job responsibilities (not actual CV from employee)

• Good command of MS Office, Proficient in Excel and Word;

• Good command of HRIS, SAP is a plus;

• Broad knowledge on labor law;

• Fluent in oral and written English

Education 教育背景

Required education and/or specific certification/course

• College degree and above in human resource or related area

Experience 经验

Year of related working experience required in the job

• 1～2 years relevant HR Operating experience in multinational company is a must;

Personal skills 技能
