RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Business Management Activities:
1. Establish stretched maintenance team goals and performance standard targets and fully delivery the commitment by excellent execution of action plan, ensuring all action plans implementing on schedule
2. Audit preventive maintenance records per month, review and ensure maintenance quality of equipments
3. Audit PM work order and monthly, annual PM plan
4. Support to complete all kinds of equipments improving and process improving projects
5. Establish maintenance team expense budget and manpower requirements, development plan. Review & approve spare parts purchase order/purchase plan, ensure maintenance requirements &capital efficiency.
6. Supervise all maintenance activities, ensure all procedures meet on EHS,HACCP,GMP and ISO9000 requirements
7. Apply reasonable/logic analysis methodology to identify & find out the root cause of production abnormal deviation, give correct handling method and avoiding actions.

People Management Activities:
1. In charge of maintenance team performance management
2. Responsible for launching maintenance team’s training plan, skill measuring system, ensure team members acquired enough training
3. Coach supervisor and engineer’s leadership and coaching skill to keep maintenance team stability
4. Lead effectively maintenance team innovation/reformation for adapting continuously change manufacturing situation
5. Coach & encourage subordinates, develop capability enhancement plan for them
6. Establish Learning Organization Culture and people’s development plan

REQUIREMENTS

Education：

Bachelor, major in food technology, engineering, or other food related areas / automatic-engineering mechanical-engineering, etc..

Experience:
At least 8 years working experiences in food or pharmaceutical companies
At least 2 years equipment maintenance experiences in engineering/maintenance team assurance in foreign invested food or pharmaceutical companies.

Technical know-how:
Knowledge of automatic equipments & process chart flow application
Knowledge of PLC (AB, Siemens) application
Strong abilities of finding out , analysis ,solve failure issues. Strong abilities of presentation skill
Good English communication both on oral and written, good PC /Microsoft software skills
