Responsibilities:

1. Setup the intermal EHS standard, requirement and measurable KPIs.

2. Conduct EHS trainings and audit to all ECDC department

3. Drive and lead actions or projects, ensure continuous improvement of the EHS management system. Keep the EHS system updated according to latest international standard, domestic legal regulation, organization, and processes.

4 . Investigate all accidents/near miss/ Fist Aid, and work in formulating a diagnosis and work out the most profitable and effective means to eliminate / mitigate risks, either preventively or correctively

Requirements:

1. Colleague Degree in EHS Management or any discipline in Business Administration/Quality

2. Minimum 5 years expierences in EHS management, Working expierence in below domain is plus.Supply Chain & Logistics, Project Management, Warehouse management

3. Professional on China EHS policy and familiar with international standard

4. Familiar with the PDCA cycle

5. Able to do the risk assessment and root cause analysis by using the tools such as fishbone and Plato

6. Good Microsoft application skills in PPT and excel

7. Good communication skills, can wite and read mail in english
