职位描述：
1． 参与供应商导入及认证过程，参与供应商定期绩效质量管理。
2． 与供应商沟通达成一致质量标准。
3． 参与供应商质量例会准备。
4． 定期、不定期对供应商进行审核，辅导供应商提升品质水平。
5． 项目设计前期，主导器件选择风险评估，控制早期器件选择风险。
6． 项目试产阶段，跟进来料物料质量问题及试产物料质量问题，推动供应商改善。
7． 主导未认证物料风险备料评估。
8． 主导物料认证与签样，以及供应商关系维护。

任职资格：
1. 全日制大专学历及以上；
2. 4年物料质量管理经验，至少2年手机物料质量管理经验。
3. 熟悉供应商质量管理流程，包括供应商认证导入、绩效考核及器件认证流程。
4. 熟悉手机物料质量标准，熟悉手机物料工艺流程及物料质量控制方法。
5. 了解ISO9001质量体系要求，熟悉QC 七大手法、供应商QSA/QPA稽核、SPC、8D报告等。
6. 英语CET-4以上，较好的英语写作、口语能力；
7. 有较好的组织、协调能力； 有较好的团队合作精神，集体荣誉感强。
