职位描述：
1． 研究客户标准，辅助产品质量经理与客户洽谈、并达成一致。
2． 制定产品ART计划及产品质量标准，执行ART计划，输出ART测试报告，推动项目组解决ART中的质量问题。
3． 项目研发设计阶段，主导完成DFMEA，识别并控制设计中存在的风险。
4． 参与试产跟踪，并输出试产问题清单，推动项目组分析解决试产中的问题。
5． 可量产、可出货节点成熟度整体评估。
6． 跟进线体认证、跟进首批出货OQC检查结果,保证项目达到量产的成熟状态。
7． 出货后，参与市场退机率改善，并对项目总结复盘。

任职资格：
1．全日制大专学历及以上；
2． 3年以上手机产品研发质量管理经验；
3． 熟悉手机质量标准，并具备风险识别与评估能力。
4. 熟悉品管工具，如DFMEA、SPC知识、QC七大手法等并能熟练应用。
5. 英语水平四级以上，有良好的英文说、写能力，理解力强并熟悉客诉、索赔流程；
6. 要有较强的品质意识，极强的品质管理推动能力； 5、有较强组织、沟通协调、控制能力。
