Job Responsibilities:

Web-based learning management

1. Drives the designs of learning environments that enable key roles to take maximum advantage of all opportunities for learning

2. Make the learning solutions available online

3. Support the design of programs and curriculums (wherever LMS is involved) to meet organizational learning needs, apply adult learning theory and instructional design process to create e-learning materials

4. Coordinate communications with LMS project team and stakeholders on web-based learning projects

5. Evaluate e-learning vendors and third-party content

LMS Administration

1. Set up and maintain employee / subcontractor information uploading

2. Notifications modification and maintenance

3. Manage vendor Content

4. Overall Certification and Licensing Management

5. Learning records management

6. Reporting

7. System trouble shooting and improvement as per needed by business lines

8. Drives for mobile learning solutions for field technicians and subcontractors

LMS Content Administrator

1. Content gatekeeper (quality check and approve the contents)

2. Deliver user training

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree;

2. Accounting, engineer, IT major or working experience is preferred;

3. Logical thinking and planning skill;

4. Passion for performance;

5. Good learning skill;

6. Good team sprit;

7. Good at English & Chinese communication;

8. Experience of web-tools is an asset

9. Genuine interest in processes, methods and tools in own specialist area
