主要应负职责与工作活动（Key Accountabilities & Activities）：
· Monitor and review all 3rd vendors all Clinical supply activities including receipt, picking, packing, shipping and drug distribution accountability.
· Manage packing and labeling/re-label on clinical trial packs according to approved packing instructions.
· Arrange for the dispatch of the outgoing shipment via an approved courier.
· Undertake day to day maintenance of study supplies and work with investigators to ensure appropriate supplies are on site and available according to the protocol schedule. Undertake randomization schedules in conjunction with the Data Management and Statistics team allocate randomization codes to packs and ensure emergency unblinding is generated and made available if need. Ensure the study blind is maintained for the duration of the study if need. Ensure the completion of appropriate narcotic permits for transportation and destruction if need.
· Work with the supply team to purchase auxiliary items for use in clinical trials.
· Vendor management and supply budget management
· Supply project set up ,contract process and payment acting in system
· Assist Manager of others task as required.
任职资格（Qualifications）：
·A degree in SCM from a credible university in China.中国国内认可供应链管理相关学位
·Previous experience of the management/support of clinical trials in China 临床实验室支持和管理经验
·Previous experience of managing clinical supplies in China 临床试验药品供应经验
·Good command of English, both in verbal and in written. 较好地掌握英语口语和书面语
·Good computer skills on Office Word, Excel, Power-point and Outlook, and office facilities.良好的Office Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Outlook办公软件和办公设施技能
