JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for designing and implementing sales training to support the area’s business plan.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Analyse and develop territory training programs for sales force of the area.

2. Deliver regional training course including new medical representative training.

3. Arrange logistics on regional training program.

4. Follow up and monitor on training result.

5. Report to National SFE & Training Manager on training issues.

6. Coordinate to implement training related projects.

7. Control the quality of the training courses and perfect the training programs.

8. Manage area training staff.

9. Coach Assistant Training Manager and Training Executive to a higher level.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelar degree in relevant field

Experience & knowledge:

1. At least 3 years ethical sales experience including 1 year training experience.

2. Multination companies working experience will be preferable.

Core competencies:

1. Good presenter and team player.

2. Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizor.

3. Be able to work independently and under pressure

4. Good command in English and familiar with MS office.
