Major Responsibilities:
? Develop BMSC Policies & Procedures meeting requirements of Corporate policies/directives and local laws and regulations.
? Design interactive compliance training materials and conduct compliance training regularly
? Develop useful training materials that help BUs/Departments gain understanding of compliance SOPs and simplify the processes
? Monitor the executional effectiveness of various Company Compliance SOPs and conduct necessary investigation
? Advocates the highest standards of compliance in support of the Bristol Myers Squibb pledge and mission

Qualification Requirement:
? University degree or above in business related major
? Minimum five years work experience, preferably in the legal, financial, audit, internal control or compliance related areas, strong business experience will also be considered
? (i) Good command of English and Chinese; (ii) Good communication skills; (iii) Interest in compliance works; (iv) good team player
? Have compliance and control mind, able to spot out high risk area and provide solution for mitigation that makes business sense
? (i) Able to make decisions if an agreement can not be reached across different functions; (ii) Can work under pressure; (iii) Can work overtime; (iv) Preferably team leader experience (5+ subordinates);and (v) Compliance violation investigation experience and/or multinational pharmaceutical company work experience will be a plus.
