2. Research Associate in Haemophilia Biochemistry for Haemophilia Research China Department

Job description:
We are seeking a research associate with background in biochemistry focusing on assay development and hits validation. The successful candidate will team with a PhD level scientist to carry out laboratory work, documentations, and other tasks related to Haemophilia biochemistry in the newly established Haemophila Research China department.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
·Contribute to optimizing protocols for activity and binding assays (e.g., ELISA, SPR or enzyme kinetics) as well as protocols for protein characterization (e.g., SDS PAGE, gel filtration, or Western blot)
·Perform biochemistry assay tasks
·Optimize biochemistry assay protocols
·Human sample, including human blood sample, handling
·Analyze experimental results and troubleshooting
·Write lab notes, SOPs and other documentations and present data in English

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology or related field from Top university
·A background in protein biochemistry and industry experience is preferred
·Experience with protein engineering and enzymology is a plus
·Demonstrated proficiency with performing laboratory experiment and data analysis
·Self-motivated learning and multi-task handling ability
·Good written and verbal communication skills
·Good communication skills, flexible attitude, ability to work in a team
