Key areas of responsibility:

To support Senior Product Manager (brand leader) in planning, coordinating and executing all marketing activities of brands in order to develop and maintain strong brand maximize short and long term sales volume and profits.

Main job tasks:

Assist in develop brand plan to achieve business objectives:
Support the development of short and medium term marketing plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded
Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business strategies / plans to address them
Development and execution of marketing activities to ensure meeting brand objectives with clear plans, objectives, goals and KPIs for own projects
Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies
Maintain and update brand information and knowledges
Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects to ensure effectively meet business strategies and objectives
Communication with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:
Develop good communication with sales department to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and national marketing events
Provide ad-hoc support to sales organisation in fulfilling brand objectives
Establish good relationship with other departments and to ensure strong communication and collaboration
Actively and openly contribute to the intra and inter-team collaboration to improve business performance and coordinate collaboration between different stakeholders
Understand key customers’ needs, maintain and establish good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers

Qualifications:

Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledges and key customers
Demonstrate ability in developing marketing strategies
Demonstrate ability to implement marketing projects in new and innovative ways
Good communication skill and able to work in cross function projects
Good team player
Good written and spoken English level
Good computer skill, including word/excel/powerpoint

Education:
Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Medical, Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration

Professional experience:
Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
Minimum 2 years product management experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
