We focus on sample analysis by using different technology, such as immunoassay (ELISA, alphaLISA, etc), automatic biochemical analyzer and HPLC, etc. We have very close collaboration with local pharmacologists and colleagues from headquarter who focus on pharmacology and bioanalysis. Our aim is provide fast and reliable sample analysis locally to facilitate company’s drug discovery process.

We are looking for a research associate with experience in immunoassay skills. The main responsibility of this position is to assist a PhD-level scientist with laboratory work, documentation and other tasks related to sample test and data analysis. The main goals for the position are to ensure timely and high quality sample analysis based on immunoassays.
Thus, a lot of your time will be spent in the laboratory, where your tasks will include planning analyte measurement of samples, processing of data and reporting of results in collaboration with a PhD-level scientist. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment. You will also be involved in the samples transport in our laboratories and collaboration with our colleagues in Denmark. A high degree of flexibility and the ability to handle several tasks is expected.

Qualifications

·You have Master or Bachelor degree in immunology, biochemistry or related biological background.
·You have more than two (master) or four (bachelor) years of laboratory experience and demonstrated knowledge with hands-on laboratory work in the field of biological sample analysis based on immunoassays.
·You are fluent in English.
·Liquid handling workstation experience is a plus.
·HPLC experience is a plus.
·Automatic bioanalyzer experience is a plus.
·You are thoughtful, high data quality desirable.
·You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
·You are proactive and able to take responsibility beyond own tasks.
·You are good at communicating, collaborating in a positive and motivating way, and a good team-player, highly flexible and have a “can-do” approach.
Title and compensation will be commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications and based on benchmark in China.
