Job content (purpose of the job)
I. Key areas of responsibility:

·Lead a team to manage business applications throughout their lifecycle
·Supports and maintains operational applications, and plays an important management role in design, testing and improvement of business applications
·Support the organization’s business processes by helping to identify functional and manageability requirements for application software
·Advise system owners (business departments) on Change and Release Management decisions
·Monitor and control the application operation processes
·Application related IT audit engagement and actions follow-up

II. Main job tasks:

·Manage the System Management Team, take care of personal development and team building.
·Communicate with customers periodically and ensure their business requirements and experience about the application are well understood and promptly followed up by IT System Management Team.
·Ensure the application operational works are delivered in high standards and fit customer demands.
·Maintain good relationship with customer interfaces
·Look after team members, ensure their work atmosphere is good and productive
·Implement global standard processes and toolsets locally
·Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities in responsible area
·Make regular reports for customers and senior managers

III. Qualifications:
·Bachelor degree or above
·8 years of related IT experience. 3 years’ experience in application operation management
·Deep understanding about IT application management methodology
·ITIL knowledge is a must
·Good presentation skills
·Fluency in both written & spoken English

IV. Education:
 ·Bachelor degree or above
 ·Major on computer related Professional experience:
 ·8 years of related IT experience
 ·3 years’ experience in application operation management
 ·Team Management experience
