Purpose of this position职位存在的目的
NN’s key contact for stakeholder of market access at central level
Ensure best access of NN products at central level
Establish and maintain long term strategic partnership with medical insurance stakeholders at central level

Key areas of responsibilities and main job tasks主要工作领域以及主要工作任务（4～6项）
Establish and maintain NN’s consistent connection and communications with decision-making government authorities at central level for medical insurance system. Form and maintain long term strategic partnership
List all NN strategic products into NRDL to ensure best market access nationwide
Timely follow up and consolidate national medical insurance policies, analyze policy trend and possible impact on business and provide suggestions to business strategy
Strongly support Strategic planning team in setting up GA market access strategy for product RDL listing
Strongly support regional GA team in local market access when needed

Required Education and Certificate教育背景与资格证书要求
Bachelor degree or above, medical related major preferred

Required Professional Experience相关经验要求
5+ year experience in pharmaceutical industry, or 3+ year Government Affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry (MNC preferred)
Customer relationship management
Policy tracking, consolidation and analysis with business insight

Specific personal and job related demands其他任职要求
Understanding and insight for the industry as well as for medical insurance system and policy
Good in communication with high team work spirit
Learning ability
