Job description:
We are seeking research associates with in – vitro assay experience focusing on performing bio-analysis of plasma /serum samples from PK and PD animal studies. Successful candidates will team with a PhD level scientist to carry out laboratory work, documentations, and other tasks related to bio-analysis.

Responsibilities
·The Research Associate will be dedicated in the daily operation bio-analysis. Development, evaluation and optimization of enzyme immunoassays and routine analysis in order to support PK and PD studies of new product candidates.
·Development, evaluation and optimization of chromogenic assays and routine analysis in order to support PK and PD studies of new inflammatory disease product candidates.
·Analysis of routine samples from animal experiments
·Record and analyze data and results
·Write lab notes (e.g. ELN), protocols and other documentations in English

Qualifications:

·Bachelor or Master Degree in Life Science, Biochemistry or Biology with relevant working experience.
·Hands-on experience with enzyme immunoassay and chromogenic assay equipment is highly desirable
·Experience with setting up immunoassays in biological matrices
·Experience with automated clot analyzer is a plus
·Experience with data analysis is a plus (e.g. Excell, PRISM software)
·Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task.
·Organized, patient, focused, flexible and be able to follow protocols.
·Efficient interpersonal and communication skills.
·Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
