Main Tasks:
Responsible for logistic arrangement of Medical & Science external meetings including venue selection, vendor management and facilitate external participates’ arrangement
Organize team meetings and activities, including regular whole team meetings, team training and team building etc.
Assist Dep. Director to plan budget in AB and RE and track expenses regularly to ensure all the expenses align with business ethics and within budget
Responsible for whole team finance, business ethics, quality training, and help in new employee orientation and training
Responsible for Medical & Science intraweb maintenance and update
Help Scientific Communication team on correspondence with publisher for contract and payment
Assist Dep. Director on team’s routine management work, coordinate team monthly report
Work with other Dep. and function colleagues to ensure the necessary collaboration and communication, activities implementation


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical, English or computer related fields.
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and be adapt to new circumstances.
Accountable, collaborative and effective.
